BT WHOLE HOME ISSUES,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,AGAIN

Ive currently got 6 discs setup in my home all dotted about and installed as required but i notice that every few weeks they all start to play up and have to all be reset and done again

 

this has been going on for about 4 years now and im getting fed up  why is this?

 

im with Virmin Media who as we all know are really **bleep** and ive even had countless engineers out and they say their wifi is great

also in the BT Whole home app it will not let me change the  network details and password, all i constantly get is the error  Settings-014

 

can anybody please assit/advise

It would be best to give the WHW product helpdesk a call on 0808 100 6116 ( Mon to Fri 9am to 5.30pm and Sat 9am to 2pm) or drop them an email to: btconnectedhome@bt.com and they'll be happy to help.

You may wish to post on the Virgin Media forum to see if anyone else is having similar issues.
