BT Whole Home Premium

Trying to update firmware im running SGAB205018 ATM and i keep getting this message. There was a problem completing the firmware check. Please try again in a few minutes. i have tryed the reboot but still the same issue.

You would be best to check with the  product helpdesk as they will be able to answer this for you. Call them on 0808 100 6116 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm) or drop them an email to: btconnectedhome@bt.com
