BT Whole Home x Virgin Media Hub 5

Hi -I have the above set up that has worked flawlessly.

This morning I am unable to get the Whole Home disks to work (permanent red lights). VM Hub is in Router mode, I have tried resetting everything, changing disks around etc.

Can anyone recommend a fix?
