i bought these handsets for my parents who are hard of hearing. they use the handsets on speaker phone all the time and they can her fine. However the person on the other end cannot hear them. it's like the microphone is turned down very low. both the main handset and the second one do the same thing. there's nothing in the manual about altering settings for the microphone. is there anything that can be done to boost the sensitivity please
