Hi. I have a BTWholeHomeWiFi Mini system around my house, with the master disc connected to a BT Smarthub2 by Ethernet cable. The app tells me that each disc has mostly Good (with one Excellent) connection and all discs show solid blue light, but on my phone and other devices I have increasing problems with “no internet” , even when their settings say I'm connected to a disc. It happens even with a disc that is only one wall and 5 metres from the Master disc. I'm on BT full fibre 150, but the internet connectivity problems began before last week, which is when I went onto fibre. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

It would be worth doing a factory reset on the home hub, to clear out any invalid routes.
