We have a BT 8610 trio phone with Call Guardian, on incoming calls all three handsets usually ring in sync, but suddenly they are ringing out of sync, ( about 2second delay between each one), and its quite a din. I'd like to know if there is a way of fixing this, and resyncing them, without a total reset. Thankyou..

That is an unusual problem and it may require a reset to fix it. However, you should have a look at the 8610 Product Help Page and the email and phone contact details are listed. They are best placed to help you with this.

Have you recently moved the base station or added any new devices that may be interfering? If not & you haven't already, I'd try powering off the base & all handsets for a couple of minutes Then powering on the base & then the handsets.
