Bt Wholehome stuck on purple light

Model: Whole Home Wi-Fi

One of my Bt wholehome disks has been stuck on purple more than 3 years and called "arcadyan default" so I cannot reconnect it to the mesh because it has gone back to the manufacturers default.

Does anyone know the default passwords for the extender so i could try and connect it to my computer and fix it's firmware?

To be fair, that sounds like the firmware went bad.  I'd doubt that short of some electical rework, you'll not be able to salvage it!

My Whole Home WiFi disks have a label on the back, (on a card that can be removed), that has both the default WiFi and Admin passwords.
