Bt returns

I returned my equipment in the bag provided by tracked package on 20may. I have received several chaser emails. I have now checked the post office tracking site and the message shows ‘26 May. Delivery attempted. No answer’  . The parcel seems to now be being held somewhere by the post office. What do I do now???? Where in bt do I contact??

It is presently taking three to four weeks after BT receive returned equipment for it show as returned on your account.

If you have Proof of Posting you can call BT 0800.800.150 and they will update your account.
