Can connect to main disc, but other discs wont connect, light is red and app says there is a problem

recently changed isp and they have provided me with a new router. On connecting the main disc to it via ethernet cable the light turns red, which usually means no connection however i can connect to the BT homedisc network. When trying to set up via the app i see 'There may be a problem with your internet connection' however when i click lounge it says excellent connection and your disc is working well. I have tried to sync with other discs but they ultimately turn red and the app says cont connect. I have tried factory resetting discs, closed app, forgot connection and retried. I have also tried a new ethernet cable. I have the BT Mini whole home discs (white) Any help?

Welcome to this user forum for BT phone and broadband customers.

I assume you mean the white whole home discs, as they are the only ones that work with any ISP?

You would be best to check with the product helpdesk as they may be able to answer this for you. Call them on 0808 100 6116 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm) or drop them an email to: btconnectedhome@bt.com
