Why are you charging me £3 for pay asyou go when I don't have a mobile phone from you

Do you have broadband with a landline giving you the ability to make and receive call?  If so the cost of adding the ability to receive/make calls PAYG is £3pm

Nothing to do with mobile phones

@Ea30531563  Notwithstanding the advice already provided, the way you’ve framed your question, you clearly have no idea that you’re not actually talking to anyone in BT. This is a customer to customer public forum. Any complaint, you need to speak to BT on their customer helpline number.
