I have had a poor experience with the BT complaints' team, with my latest complaint having been closed without any communication or discussion about it whatsoever. I have also requested a "deadlock" letter to enable me to refer the matter to Ofcom, but this has simply been ignored. The complaint has now been unresolved for four months.
Could a moderator, maybe @NeilO, review my complaint please ?

Just to update you, my complaint has not yet been resolved but it has been resuscitated. I now have open lines of communication with one of your colleagues. That is a big plus for this forum and it effectiveness.
My problem has been resolved now by your colleague Sarah, who was very professional in all of her dealings with me.
I would like to thank you and your fellow moderators, and Sarah too, for facilitating a satisfactory resolution of my complaint.
