Digital voice hub

Hi

i have received my new bt hub for my digital voice change over planned for tomorrow. One hi o query is when should,I change the hub, can I do this now and will broadband continue to work, albeit with a new password. Alternatively iPad I meant to change this over this evening or tomorrow morning or finally when they have made the switchover?

my query is driven by wondering if I can work from home tomorrow or there a risk due to change over of the hub etc

you can change the hub over now and DV will be activated tomorrow

I would suggest you change the SSID of the new hub to that of the old hub and also use existing old wifi password as this will save change all your existing wifi devices

In fact you must have your new hub up and running for the changeover to DV to take place.

And it will then need a reboot to finish the job properly.
