Hi. My father-in-law passed away in April and we cancelled the account with BT who promised to send a return box/bag for the equipment. It never arrived. Is there a way I can easily send the equipment back, not being the account holder and nor living at the address?
If you call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 you can request that they send one out to you.
And make sure you get a proof of posting!
Their systems do not register returned items properly quite a lot of the time.
