Free SmartHub2

Whilst looking through the current BT offers I see that my current system is listed as having a SmartHub2. I have never been sent one. Can I get a free upgrade? It will be needed anyway when we switch to Digital Voice.

unless there is a problem with existing hub you will not get a new hub just for phoning up.  the previous hb 6 was able to split the 2.4/5ghz networks which many customers found helpful whereas you cannot do that with SH2

just wait until you move to digital voice and need to use SH2
