Being hassled for the return of kit and being charged when BT has put installation back until end of June! Why is it so inefficient, right hand not talking to left? Intimidation is not a great sales policy!

I am sorry for any problems that you're experiencing.
Do you already have services with us but you're moving to our Full Fibre?
If that is the case, then your current piece of kit will have been marked for return to the original date that your order was meant to complete.
With the delay until the end of June, we would not expect you to return it until you have been fully set up.
If this sounds right, let me know and I'll send you a private message so we can stop chasing you for it.
