How to get the BT Pro box?

Hi. I have been with BT for around 6 years now, I have had the same equipment the whole time. I have just moved house and renewed my deal. I don’t want wires all over the house. Do BT offer new equipment for existing customers? How do I go about getting new equipment please?

I probably shouldn't say this but are you absolutely sure your existing box is working correctly?

If not, and if you are in contract then BT will replace it 😉

Yes if you're in contract with a faulty box a like for like replacement is given not an upgrade.......

OP, if you go online or call up they'll look at the options for you
