Kit return

I returned my kit after leaving BT nearly 2 months ago but still get return kit messages. How do I get this sorted?

Call BT 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Postage or Proof of Delivery and they will update your account.

Unfortunately when I used that number I got a recorded message:

'You have dialled a number that is no longer in use...'
