No broadband or home telephone since 10.09.25

We came back from a two week holiday to find our broadband slow and dropping off. On looking at hum it was connected to the 4g hybrid, and woul not reconnect to broadband, and we had no telephone line. Tested our home number by calling from my ( non bt) mobile, and it rang a neighbours phone ip the road. Reported the fault and apparently crossed line the same day. They said it was a network fault and it would be fixed remotely.. then closed the fault a few days later..but nothing was fixed after lots of calls they sad it was an internal issue and sent an engineer to our home on 26th Sept. He said broadband in  area as fine, and that it must be our main hub faulty. We would receive a replacement hub within 4 working days. Nothing was confirmed on our account, the fault closed, and no replacement hub has arrived. Got to to customer services today. Was transferred three times, then last guide put me on hold and said she was trying to sort it. After a further 22 mins she had not come back to the phone, and after a total of 1 hr 2 mins call to them on my mobile ( not BT) I rang off.  What can I do to resolve this?

as you are getting nowhere with CS and their service is atrocious then contact consumer resolutions using email address here
