If you're on Halo then you're entitled to a 4g Hub to get you by until they fix the problem.

I had that same fault a month or two back and the cause was external to our property, have you checked the Service Status Page to see if there's a fault in your area. See https://my.bt.com/consumerFaultTracking/public/faults/tracking.do?pageId=31

When I had this fault it was just a solid orange light, no blue. Maybe it's different with me being on FTTP?

Probably so, as you had a modem, which might  be the case here. Could even be an old white Openreach modem plugged into the phone line?

I assume you do not have a direct fibre into your property?

Do you have any other Openreach equipment, like another box with lights on?

What is actually plugged into your phone line?
