Cancelled contract due to house move and need to return equipment. Already returned two of three items and have just found the 'missing' third unused piece of equipment that got lost in the house move.
The BT website won't let me order another pre-paid packaging - presumably because deadline to return item is now just 5 days away. Happy to send the equipment at my own expense but having spent 30 mins on the internet I can't find any information on how to do this.
