Red light on BT Whole home Discs

Hi,

I have bought two separate 3 disc BT Whole Home packages this week off eBay and have managed without any difficulty to set up the 3 downstairs and according to the app are all running fine. I am now trying to add the 3 additional discs. I am following the instructions in the app and when I connect with Ethernet to the router, the light goes from purple, to flashing blue to solid blue. It then says move to where you want, when I do this and plug in it flashes blue but then goes solid red. I have reset the network, have reset the additional disc numerous times, and even factory reset the disc as per the instructions but still no luck. Has anyone had similar problems that they have managed to fix? Thanks in advance!

Can't be the "same date (last weekend)" as the post you are refering to is 2 1/2 years old.
