Return of BT Hub

Hi 

My service with BT has ended, but I can't find the 'Return Devices' option on the MyBT login page. Can anyone advise where I can find this or go about arranging return?

@peapod21  You could phone them and ask for a returns bag.  They will send one out and you take it to post office and make sure you get proof of postage.  BT will let you know when they receive your returns.

Thanks for posting the number. Since I switched to Sky, I can't even access the BT login page.

Luckily I was able to get on via 4G and the 'Return Device' option was there.
