Hello,
I returned a faulty Hybrid Connect that was replaced. Despite sending it on 1st February and seeing from the tracking number that it was received a week later my account still says I need to return it or risk being charged. However elsewhere on my account it shows as having been received on 15th February.
Is this something someone can sort out for me?
