Returning an equipment

Hi, I am writing this message instead of my husband, the contractor. He left BT broadband recently and still has a router. We would like to return this but we cannot find any option to order label and bag in MY BT portal site.

1. Could you please give me an advice how to get a label and bag for return the equipment?

2. Unfortunately we don't have an original box and an instruction any more, so we would be very happy if you could also tell us which items should be returned.
