Returning equipment

Hello,

I have received a bag for returning my equipment but it contains no address label.

There is no ‘return equipment ‘ link on the website.

how can I get BT to send a label?

If you didn't get a label with the bag, that's odd. You can either contact customer care and they will send one out for you or you can request one online here:

Thanks for your help.Unfortunately the link takes me back into the website which starts another unending loop of despair.

I have a phone number which is of course busy but will persevere! 😓

you could try message no to billing and see if they will send bag
