We have two Smart Baby Monitors and have used them for a couple of years without issue until now. The display is working fine on the monitors and on my husbands phone. However, it is black on the app on my phone. The sound is working, but there is no picture.
I have tried repairing the cameras, signing out and back in and also deleting and reinstalling the app. Can anybody help? TIA
Hi @vwillia I'm sorry there is no picture from the baby monitor on the app. As you've done the basic checks already, I'd recommend getting in touch with the baby camera helpdesk.
