Hi,
I have a BT TV Pro box that is hooked up via HDMI to a Denon multimedia receiver that is connected to my surround sound speakers.
In the TV box settings you can select either HDMI sound as stereo or surround.
Wen I select stereo my multimedia receiver allows me to choose surround sound modes.
When I select surround then my multimedia receiver does not allow me to choose surround sound modes only Stereo or direct.
Im confused as to why this isn't operating the other way around?
