Hi
We have virgin WiFi and their router, we also have three BT mini discs. Everything has worked fine for 3 years but this week one disc stopped working. Current state is purple light on constantly & disc not visible on app.
Followed all the community posts I could find. (reboot, try using ethernet, restore to factory etc) but nothing works.
It's the disc I need to be able to work from home - pleeeeeeease help.
