Thank you Neil - much appreciated and I will drop them a note now.
WiFi looks good. You're seeing the Hub & the discs listed twice because they're dual band. Channels 1-11 are 2.4GHz & 36+ are 5GHz. You can see from the channel numbers that there are other 2.4GHz networks on channel 6 that you're discs are using. Although these are low & probably not an issue, it appears that there's nothing on channel 11. So it could be worth switching the discs to channel 11.
Similarly for 5GHz there's nothing obviously competing on channel 36. But these analysers are only looking for WiFi networks & can't show other devices that may be conflicting. It's been reported that Sky Q operates on channel 36 & so can cause issues. Even if you don't have Sky, a neighbour might so try a higher channel.
If the discs allow it, it may also be useful to give the two bands separate SSIDs. That way you can select the band you want to connect to rather than the device deciding. Generally 5GHz is better for speed & 2.4GHz is better for distance. But with split SSIDs if you have an issue with one, you can try switching to the other.
