Re: WholeHome Premium & Starlink
Thanks for the reply.
I don't understand how this can be a Starlink issue.
- The previous generation WholeHome discs worked fine with Starlink.
- The Premium generation discs do not work. Starlink confirm that the router is working correctly (see also comment#5 in this thread from @Lauren2 ).
- When I reconnect the previous gen discs to the Starlink router, they still work fine.
- The Premium discs also work fine with an old Netgear router, so the discs themselves are not faulty.
- Conclusion is that there is some incompatibility between the Starlink router and the Premium generation discs, introduced in the Premium discs - not a Starlink issue.

Re: WholeHome Premium & Starlink
Incompatibility is a 2 way street. The discs work fine with every other provider........

Re: WholeHome Premium & Starlink
Hi. Did this ever get resolved? I’ve just bought Starlink and have this problem now (using the Premium Whole Home wifi discs which worked fine with my previous ISP).
Would connecting a 3rd party router to the Starlink Ethernet adaptor and then connecting the discs via the new router work?
