BT Mail attachments

BT Mail no longer sends epub attachments. They normally appear in the email as dark blue but now they are grey and unresponsive.

Thanks for coming to the community.

Do you mean that you are having trouble sending and receiving ePub files, or is it when you are trying to preview the file?

The sending and receiving should work, but previewing ePub files is not supported.
