I’ve recently tried to resend an e Mail in my Drafts folder but it won’t open and get the message “wait for all emails to load”. Only seems to happen on one address and with an attachment.

Is it just via the BT Email app that you're noticing this issue, or have you given this a go through a separate client, or BT Webmail?
Have you tried signing out and back into the app, too?
