My BT email folders are missing in the My BT app as of today, but they are visible in BT webmail. They were also missing in my Gmail app today, and there was no way of seeing any folders apart from the inbox, as there the hamburger icon only offered the option of selecting calendar or contacts rather than the email folders. However I managed to retrieve them by deleting my BT email address from the Gmail app and adding it again. Not sure what to do with the My BT app to be able to see all my folders. Any advice appreciated.

I suspect you have configured the app as POP3 rather than IMAP. Delete it and reinstall it is IMAP.
No, it is and always was IMAP.

Just so we can rule this out as an issue, can you please try reinstalling the BT mail app on your device and then sign in again?
