Hi my App has been working for a long time occasionally asking to login again. Yesterday I had a similar request .. so entered my password it then asked me to verify by having a code sent to phone or email
both email and phone had *** in place of letters/ numbers I asked fir the code to be sent to the phone and entered th code .. it then got in a loop asking to be verified again
it was only then that I noticed that the email suggested ended with @tmail.link I haven’t asked for the code to be sent
Anything I can do atm .. I was on hold to BT yesterday for an hour before getting cut off at home time ?

BT have added two factor authoristaion to their systems that requires a PIN being sent to your chosen device when you try to log on.
Did the request come from the app or was it an email requesting you click a link and enter your details?
Are you able to log onto your MyBT using a web browser instead of the app?
