hi I’m away for a month in Brazil and cannot get access to my emails. I can get as far as getting by text my pin but when I put it in I get this prompt. Furthermore as I can’t sign in I have no access to web chat and no access to customer services as I cannot phone them from here. I’ve tried all work arounds and even X with no joy. Surely there is a solution . Anyone out there who can help please?
