I use my BT email through outlook on my PC. It has been very slow, of late. I logged on to the webmail and through Thunderbird and realised that I had 165,000 emails (vastly more than Outlook was showing). Although I deleted large amounts in batches, now and then over the years, in Outlook, they were not actually deleting on the server (even though they appeared to have been deleted in Outlook).
I am now trying to delete the bulk of these emails but I appear to have hit some sort of BT server email daily delete limit. Does anybody know what the limits are?
