Session keeps expiring

Are you only seeing this when you are using the BT Email app?
If it is, can you try to delete the app and install it again.
It is also worth making sure that your device software is up to date.

unfortunately I have tried both of these to no avail
I log in and look at emails, put phone in pocket after perhaps looking at Facebook etc
put phone away, 10 minutes later try to look at emails and I’m told session has expired
i am using the btmail app and have by broadband.
i dont have this problem on either iPad or PC
