Hi Linzi,
No trouble signing in except that I have to get this code sent to my Mobile every time I sign in to My BT email account.
When I enter the code numerals sent...Up comes me email account. No problem...until the next time I try to open my account.
Have had no help from BT...the y just say this is standard procedure to safeguard my account and give the impression this is standard practise. ...I say this is rubbish.
I note by checking this problem on the net, that many, many others have the same problem.
Any help in solving this problem will be appreciated.

Most likely because you have two factor authentication set up.
