Why doesn't the BT Email app support Pinning?

I also have a Gmail address and use that email client as well.

Which email client with pinning would you recommend?

There is no publicly available information regarding that but given that since 2022 new customers have not had an email service included in their package so it would appear that closing it down could be done sometime in the future.

EDIT: Oops sorry I should not have answered that because it "Would be courteous if BT acknowledged requests rather than a forum user intervenes".
