My Wifi has suddenly become very slow ! I rang to ask to change providers and I am one day out from the cooling off period but BT dont want to do anything to help make the broadband faster apart from go on a higher tariff nor will they let me switch providers ! its not even 24hrs out from the cooling off period !!
Probably a line fault.
Are the lights on the BT Home Hub changing colour?
Have you reported the fault to BT?
Can you post hub stats. Enter 192.168.1.254 into address bar then go to advanced settings/technical log/information
