After 28 days no connection I've decided to leave BT

As you have not posted here before, then nobody would be aware of the fault on your broadband service.
Can you expand on what is happening when you try to get on the Internet and what type of broadband you have.
Have you reported a fault and if you have what have BT done to try and resolve it.
