I am supposed to get a £50 digital reward card as a bonus for signing up for BT broadband.
I've received numerous emails and texts with a link to claim the reward card, but when I click the link it just takes me to the My BT homepage.
I've spoke to BT customer services on the phone who directed me to phone BT Reward Card Service team on 03448791068.
I phoned them but they said there's nothing they can do with unclaimed reward cards and that I'd have to phone BT...
Cab anyone help?
