Re: 900 speed

@iniltous That's a great long reply, but does not relate to this thread nor does it relate to their post over hear: https://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Fibre-broadband/Full-Fibre-500-to-Full-Fibre-900/m-p/2258536#M341446

Re: 900 speed

I've re-set the network card and tried various "googled optimum settings" but still getting low results.  I'm not using the mobo card, bought a Realtek 2.5 GBe card.

Re: 900 speed

@mikemod

That doesn't work for me, says it couldn't establish a connection.

Never had that issue with a speed test website before.

Re: 900 speed

I know that's the link, but I'm saying it gives me "Connection to server could not be established"

The error is related to: https://ws-ipv4.nperf.com/tifaV1/hello

That's what I can see by using the browser debug console (F12)

It's probably down to BT not providing an IPv6 DNS server.

Edit: Nope, not that, as I manually added one.

The only other thing, is that it need specific ports to be open. Which is rather odd, as I don't have any issues with any other speed test sites.
