Activation of Smart Hub

My BT broadband activation date is 9th Feb 2023. However purple light is still flashing. What time of the day should i expect the broadband to be activated ?

Hi @rbz5416  I had ordered fiber 2 broadband on 26th Jan. I received the smart hub device on 3rd Feb. I have connected the device as instructed in the manual using internet line already installed in the house. However in my tracking record it is shown my broadband will be activated on 9th Feb. It is past 3pm and still the smart hub is not up and running. Hence making me impatient. The process is too slow.

You normally get a text/email when activation is complete. As previously stated, up until midnight is still the 9th so you may just have to be patient.
