BT Customer Service appalling : Fault closed when not fixed, Complaint closed with no reason why.
BT Customer Service appalling - No internet for 3 days now, raised fault, BT closed fault without the problem fixed. Raised complaint on this after chatting to them for 1 1/2 hours to try to get them to understand - complaint closed overnight with no explanation as to why. Apparently an Engineers visit scheduled 7 days after fault reported - Any ideas how I can get to someone from BT who really cares?
