Since recently having upgraded our Business internet to Full Fibre, we are getting nothing but problems.
Multiple times daily the router is losing connection and goes to flashing orange.
It does seem to recover, however the Wifi extenders take minutes to recover. Furthermore devices connected to the WiFi extenders have to have their internet connections manually cycled, often repeatedly before a connection can be re-established.
Hybrid connect shows no signal and no resilience events are recorded.
I cannot access the router event log - tab is greyed out
This is an unacceptable level of performance and the service is not fit for purpose.
We are losing time and money due to the poor reliability.
