So I have BT Halo3+ and testing my backup.
When I unplug my telephone line from the BT hub the router light flashes purple while it connects to the 4G hub. Once connected to the 4G hub it stays a solid purple, while the 4G hub has a solid blue circle and 2 white signal bars. Yet all my devices are showing no internet.
I've restarted both devices and also factory reset them too multiple times, but still not getting any internet on my backup connection.
