Hi
My BT hub has had a solid orange light since this morning. I’ve tried the usual things such as restarting the hub, doing a factory reset, turning the open reach hub on and off but the light is still solid orange. I have called customer services and they don’t know what the issue is so have booked an engineer appointment, the problem is the earliest date is Saturday and as I work from home this is going to cause huge issues.
Posting on here on the off chance that someone may have any other suggestions that I could try?
The package I’m currently on is full fibre 2 in case it’s relevant.

if you have FTTP what lights are there on the ONT
should be green like this and no light LOS
