BT Hybrid Connect Not Working

Hello

I have been testing an internet failover, and it failed.

Red flashing light on the 4G box, but it is recognised by my hub.

Status is Ready

Unplug the line to the wall socket and NOTHING.

 

Everything pushes me to ask here.

do you have a good EE mobile signal in your home?  it can take a good few minutes after drop in internet connection for the Hybrid to kick in

do you have the add on Halo 3+ as part of your package?

I have Halo 3, and now after a reset it gets the white circle.

Green, flashing green, flashing blue, blue, sits on that for a while, with access from the hub.

 

After a couple of minutes drops back to white circles. And the hub loses contact.

 

Goes from Ready to Modem Disconnected.

OK had all Ok so pulled the WAN cable and the 4G modem went white and no fail over, just had to wait to get back to fibre.

Just caught it after a restart, solid blue, red, white, in about 1 second

from the Halo terms it would appear you need Halo3+ to get the automatic fall over if you drop internet connection otherwise with Halo 3 you need to contact BT to activate hybrid

Oh well, new kit, connected OK, then dropped to continual flashing red light, will leave for now and try again later.

OK, it does connect, but internet does not work, and flashing red lights.
