BT Mini Hub/ Re Contract Issue

So I recontacted my Broadband and Digital Voice today and lost the ability to see Caller IDs, I Called up BT Support Team and they detected a fully with my Full Fiber BT 900 and they are sending a Mini Hub then the phone got disconnected. I checked my download speed on the PC and i am getting 900 Down 100 Up... No Faults I can see on my side. 

I managed to get Caller ID re enabled via going though to a different department and they had to Re did the Re Contract process due to an error on there side this morning.

What do I do with the Mini Hub that is still arriving due to arrive next week?

As the BT Customer Service rep sent it to you without being asked I would hold onto it until asked to return it and if they do ask for its return make sure that BT send a returns package

Make sure that you keep your Proof of Posting and if possible take a photograph of the Proof of Posting per chance you lose the paper copy.

Do not dispose of the Proof of Posting until you have had acknowledgement that BT have received it.
